Andrew is the former Co-Founder and CTO of HealthWyse, Inc. the first home health EMR with mobile technology. He has over 25 years of experience building EMRs across the continuum. He is a ComputerWorld Laureate with 6 patents to his name and 3 degrees from MIT in computer science, engineering  and business. Andrew is a thought leader and frequent panelist at high-level industry conferences.

President

Renee created the National Home Health and Direct to Consumer business model for Byram Healthcare North America that resulted in exponential revenue growth. She has 20 years of experience in Home Healthcare Sales, Marketing and Business Development. She served on VNAA’s Corporate Advisory Board and on Mediq, Inc.’s International Marketing Board. She is the current President of PAC for The Massachusetts State Alliance for Homecare.

Chief Financial Officer

Rick is the former President, CEO, Board Member of BioScrip, Inc. where he transformed the company into the largest independent infusion company in the industry. He is the former CEO of Byram Healthcare Centers Inc. where he led the company in turnaround and sale that brought 500% ROI for Private Equity investors. As President and COO of Option Care, Inc., he drove clinical leadership and double digit organic growth and stock price. Rick is the former CEO of eScreen, Inc., the first FDA cleared point of care digital, protocol driven, drug testing and reporting solution.

Chief Medical Officer

Gopal is the Co-Founder and Chairman of pingmd, Inc., a mobile healthcare solutions company. He is a Neurosurgeon who has practiced on three continents. Gopal has held faculty positions at Stanford University and the University of Melbourne and is a current faculty member at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He is a former senior investment banker in the healthcare group of Lazard Frères and co-founded several medical device companies while at Boston Scientific Corporation.

Executive Vice President

ŸSusan creates and executes complex business systems using human centered design. With degrees in Entrepreneurship from Wharton and Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design she has developed a unique approach to the intersection of technology, health and aging. Her innovative programs and campaigns for senior living technology industry leader Connected Living earned national recognition. She currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Springhouse Senior Living and is a board member of Senior Living, Inc.
